Bipolar like jazz... music: part: I

Today I was looking at the cover of the book, 'blue like jazz'. I realized that the word 'blue' is in the color 'yellow'. Which is kind of confusing because I remember this one time in psychology class we were talking about colors and how your brain gets confused when a color is spelled differently than its actual color. See:

What color is here?:

BLUE

GREEN

RED

YELLOW

PURPLE

ORANGE

Confusing, I know, right? To add to this confusion, it seems as though the author, Donald Miller, isn't even talking about the color blue, anyway! Blue, in reference to jazz, is more like an emotional thing, or a sub-genre.

blue (informal)- melancholy, sad, depressed.

That defines me sometimes. see:
ryan walker- melancholy, sad, depressed, but only sometimes.

I'm thankful that I am able to be blue (in and informal kind of way) sometimes. I see the world through a different lens. It's probably has a blue tint. I also think I reflect on life more, which I want to do more during all stages of life not just the blue ones. So maybe this realization will help me do just that...

Do you ever wear rose-colored glasses? Just for fun?
